We currently only ship to the United States.
Orders are processed Monday – Thursday. Orders placed after 10am EST may not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday may not be processed until the following Monday.
We work to get all orders shipped as fast as possible. Shipping delays will occur during major holidays or due to inclement weather.
Our shipping options are as follows:
- USPS First Class Mail – This is for orders weighing 15 oz and under and will arrive with your normal USPS delivery. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be delivered.
- USPS Priority Mail – This will arrive with your normal USPS delivery. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be delivered.
- UPS Ground – Standard UPS Ground service. Please allow 1 – 6 days for your order to be delivered depending upon location. You can check the UPS Ground Map here: https://www.ups.com/maps?loc=en_US We ship from the 17522 zip code.
- UPS 2nd Day Air – Ideal for items you want faster but do not need next business day. Tracking information will be provided.
- UPS Next Day Air – Ideal for items that you need the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
USPS: Tracking information may not update regularly. Please allow 10 to 14 days from when your package ships to when you expect to receive it, regardless of the expected delivery date.
UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air: You will receive a tracking number. UPS typically updates the tracking as the package moves through each location.
PO Box Shipping:
You may ship to a PO Box if you ship using USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. If you place an order and have it shipped to a PO Box but do not choose USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, we will have to contact you for a different address or change your shipping method. This will delay the time it takes to ship your items and no refunds will be issued for shipping changes.
Sales Tax Information:
We currently collect sales tax for Pennsylvania residents. The sales tax applies to all items purchased.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN FOR REFUND
USAC must be notified of return within 10 days after parts are received; parts must be received by USAC within 30 days of customer receipt of order. Items must be returned to USAC in the same condition as when received.
All returns must have an original sales order or packing slip with a full explanation of the nature for the return with contact information.
Package your return in the same manner that it was shipped. USAC is not responsible for damage or loss to merchandise if improperly packaged/shipped.
All returns are checked upon arrival at USAC. If it is determined that a part has been modified in any way, we cannot refund your purchase.
Purchases made with a credit card will be credited to your credit card excluding shipping and handling.
Purchases made with a check, money order or certified check will be reimbursed with a check issued from U.S. Armament Corp.
RETURNS FOR FAULTY ORDER
This would include USAC shipping the wrong item, wrong quantity, or damaged merchandise. If any of the above occurs, call USAC and we will issue a Notice of Return.
Package your return in the same manner that it was shipped. USAC is not responsible for damage or loss to merchandise if improperly package/shipped.
Upon receipt, USAC will inspect the merchandise and either confirm or deny the complaint based on our evaluation.
If the above is confirmed (wrong item, quantity, or damaged) USAC will reimburse merchandise plus shipping and handling.
Purchases made with a credit card will be credited to your card including shipping and handling.
Purchases made with a check, money order or certified check will be reimbursed with a check issued by U.S. Armament Corp including shipping and handling.
All exchanges must have an original packing slip or sales order included. Please call 717.721.4570.

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to USAC as well as the return shipping charge.

USAC strives to maintain compliance, knowledge, and adherence with all US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATF) rulings and regulations. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer to be in compliance of laws that govern their specific location. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is in compliance with the law(s) and will utilize the items purchased in a responsible and lawful manner. All orders are subject to acceptance by USAC which reserves the right to refuse any order if the conditions mentioned above are in question.
